Marcie Stephenson
Marcie Stephenson joined the Peggy Stancavage Team in 2005 primarily as a buyer’s agent, but has proven herself to be an extremely valuable contributor to our success in providing all clients with the highest level of service possible. Personable and versatile, she has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1976, has consistently been a member of the Long and Foster President’s Club (recognizing exceptional sales performance) since her affiliation with the company in 1999, and also has experience in mortgage banking.
Marcie has deep roots in the community, has lived in Severna Park since moving here as a child and, remarkably, currently resides in the very home she grew up in along with her three sons who all attend(ed) local schools. She graduated from Severna Park High School, holds an Associate of Arts degree from Anne Arundel Community College, and has certification as a court stenographer.
When she is not busy attending to the needs of her family or performing her many real estate functions, Marcie manages to participate in extensive volunteer activities which include the Eastern Severna Park Swim League, Oakleigh Forest Swim Team, Severna Park Green Hornets and St. John the Evangelist School. In her free time, Marcie enjoys the beach, sailing and summer family trips to Cape Hatteras.
She is dedicated to helping each prospective buyer fulfill their dreams of home ownership as well as attending to the diverse requirements of the Team’s other clients. Her knowledge, background and competence are of benefit to anyone requiring assistance with any real estate transaction.
